Liber & Co. Caramelized Fig Syrup is a luxurious, premium cocktail syrup crafted from real figs, cane sugar, and a touch of caramelization. This sophisticated syrup captures the rich, honeyed sweetness of ripe figs with deep caramel notes, creating a complex flavor profile that elevates autumn cocktails and adds elegant depth to spirits and sparkling wine.
Made with quality ingredients and careful caramelization, this syrup delivers layers of flavor that go far beyond simple sweetness. The natural complexity of figs—with hints of honey, jam, and subtle earthiness—combines with rich caramel to create a syrup that's perfect for craft cocktails, cheese boards, and culinary applications that demand sophistication and depth.
Tasting Notes:
Deep amber color with aromas of caramelized figs, honey, and toasted sugar. The palate is rich and complex, featuring sweet fig, caramel, hints of vanilla, and subtle jammy fruit notes. The finish is long and luxurious, with lingering caramel and honeyed fig.
Perfect for:
Autumn cocktails with whiskey, bourbon, or brandy, or use in champagne cocktails and spritzes for elegant complexity. Also excellent drizzled over cheese, ice cream, or yogurt, or stirred into coffee for a sophisticated twist.
